2. You may submit, edit or amend your business listing according to the terms and conditions of US Business Listing.
3. You should supply complete information about your business before your listing can be approved.
4. You should not supply false information and/or fabricated materials or you’ll be tagged as a scam and banned from US Business Listing.
5. We reserve the right to edit and/or change any of the content or pages on this website without prior notice.
6. You acknowledge that some information on this website may contain inaccuracies which we are not liable for.
7. You acknowledge that the use of any information on any of the pages of this website, and how or what it resulted in is out of your own freewill.
8. US Business Listing offers the lowest package at a one-time setup fee of $59.95 and a monthly fee of $19.95
9. We don’t issue contracts. You are not asked to sign any contracts to have your business included in this website’s listings.
10. You can cancel your listing via phone or e-email. No cancellation fees.
11. Due to the nature of our services and the lack of ability to recover our assets, we have a strict no refund policy.
12. This shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree that all disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be brought only in the district and federal courts located in or for Van Nuys, California.
13. This website owns and has exclusive rights for some of the materials found here such as design, layout, text content, appearance.
14. We do not guarantee positioning and/or rankings in third party directories whom we provide your business or company’s information to.
15. US Business Listing cannot be liable for any amount exceeding what was paid during the term of this agreement.
