How will I give my company information?
You simply have to call our customer service number at 1-866-983-7625, and we will assist you.
What information is needed for my business to be listed?
We simply get the following business information from you, such as, Company Name, Business Address, E-mail Address, Website Address, Contact Number, Business Category and Company Description.
How long will it take for my listing to appear?
You should allow at least 60 days for your listing to appear on business directories and search engines.
Can my listing be rejected by a popular directory?
Yes, but we will inform you when that happens, so you can make necessary changes to your website to get it approved.
Can I be listed in a directory that is not on your list?
Yes, but additional charges may apply.
Do search engines verify all information?
Search engines verify and approve all business information for as long as you are a legitimate company and have not violated any business directory and search engine guidelines.
What’s the character limit for company description?
To comply with the listing directory requirements, we impose a 200-character company description comprised of the nature, products and services of your business. This should be written in plain text without HTML codes.
How often can I make changes to my business information?
As often as you want, just call us and we will take care of your needs.
After cancellation of my listing, can I refund?
No, because we cannot take back the exposure that your business has gone through after the work we have done.
